87bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Accounts found to have been registered by individuals who did not satisfy the eligibility criteria at the time of registration will be permanently closed. Any funds held in such accounts will be forfeited and, where applicable, returned to the source of the relevant deposits after deduction of any amounts that cannot be legally retained.

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

General Bonus Rules:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements specify a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) that must be wagered before a withdrawal becomes eligible;
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — the contribution percentage by game type is stated in the relevant promotion's terms;
• Bonuses have an expiry date from the time of issue; any unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings upon expiry;

Bonus Abuse: 87bet operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, wagering on low-risk outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated play between accounts, and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided, and may be permanently suspended.

The acceptance of a bonus constitutes your agreement to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

All bets placed on 87bet — whether on sports events, live casino games, slots, or other gaming products — are subject to the following general rules as well as any product-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

Bet Placement: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 87bet system, it is final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn by the player. The confirmation screen displayed after bet placement constitutes the official record of the wager.

Odds and Markets: 87bet reserves the right to adjust odds and suspend markets at any time, including after a bet has been submitted but before it has been accepted by the system. A bet that has not yet been confirmed by the system is not a valid wager. In the event of manifest errors in odds — including but not limited to clearly incorrect prices caused by technical errors — 87bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by 87bet in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or does not complete within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport's rules;
• The bet was placed on a market that was inadvertently left open in error;
• The result of the event cannot be officially confirmed;
• A manifest error in pricing was made by 87bet's pricing system;
• Any other circumstance described in the specific sport or game rules.

Responsible Staking: Players are solely responsible for the amounts they choose to wager. 87bet provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits and loss limits to assist players in managing their betting activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 87bet platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or having access to more than one 87bet account;
• Underage access: Registering, accessing, or using the platform while under 21 years of age;
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, or using fraudulent payment methods;
• Money laundering: Using the 87bet platform to launder the proceeds of illegal activity in any form;
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events where you have knowledge of, or involvement in, the manipulation of the outcome;
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across markets or platforms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational betting behaviour;
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated systems, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage on the platform;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of live casino games, poker, or any other game format;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in respect of legitimate deposits;

87bet reserves the right to void any winnings derived from prohibited conduct, to permanently suspend the relevant accounts, and to pursue civil and/or criminal legal remedies where applicable.

All content on the 87bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game titles, text, software, trademarks, and any other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of 87bet or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 87bet platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 87bet content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 87bet software;
• Use the 87bet brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 87bet's aggregate liability to any player — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 87bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

87bet is not liable for:

87bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic and cause harm to the individual and those around them.
